In addition to exhibiting automated single machines, Japan's Tsudakoma also made a three-dimensional animation simulation display of intelligent weaving workshop for sizing and weaving processes.
For example, the much-attended automatic warp-tying equipment, in addition to a large number of applications of non-contact optical detection technology, the realization of automatic warp-tying without stranded yarns, but also adapted to the management of color yarns and warp-tying and other complex technical requirements; at the same time, but also to improve the human-machine interface and management software for the modernization of the weaving workshop production and management of the equipment to provide a very good basis.
Intelligence is transforming traditional production

For intelligentization, the current direction of guidance at the government level includes the following four points: establishing demonstration zones; improving intelligent manufacturing standards; promoting intelligent manufacturing supplier alliances; and developing Internet+, big data and artificial intelligence. Intelligence in the textile industry has now achieved some promising results, and at the level of the State Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, between 2015 and 2017, a total of 12 projects were included in the Intelligent Manufacturing Pilot Demonstration Projects; between 2016 and 2017, a total of 6 projects were included in the Intelligent Manufacturing Comprehensive Standardization Project; and 10 projects were included in the Intelligent Manufacturing New Mode Application Project.
