Gu Ping, vice president of China Textile Machinery Association, analyzed the operation of the textile machinery industry in the first half of 2018, and focused on the spinning machinery market and technological development. According to him, from January to June 2018, the textile machinery industry continued its growth trend since the second half of last year, with major economic indicators maintaining growth and achieving stable operations. From January to June, the textile machinery industry achieved 55.626 billion yuan in main business income, an increase of 16.02% year-on-year; the realized total profit was 3.181 billion yuan, an increase of 19.56% year-on-year. Gu Ping introduced that in 2017, new short-process spinning equipment was more popular among users, and the development of ring spinning machinery was relatively stable. Statistics show that the market's demand for automated and continuous equipment continues to increase. Whether it is a new project or a renovation project, labor-saving equipment is the first choice for spinning companies. According to China Textile Machinery Association's statistics on key manufacturing enterprises, in the first half of 2018, the sales of carding machines among the main products of spinning machinery were 2,200 units, a year-on-year decrease of 4.4%; the sales of draw frames were about 1,500 units, a year-on-year decrease of 16.7%; combing Sales of about 380 machines, a year-on-year decrease of 44.1%; sales of about 750 roving machines, a year-on-year increase of 7.1%; sales of cotton spinning machines about 2.3 million spindles, an increase of 6.5% year-on-year ; Sales of rotor spinning machines were approximately 270,000 heads, a year-on-year increase of 17.4%; sales of automatic winders were approximately 300 units, the same as the same period last year.

In general, cotton spinning equipment continues to develop in the direction of high-yield, high-speed, automation, continuity, and informatization. At the same time, spinning equipment and special equipment companies have also increased their innovation efforts in light of their own conditions and market demand. According to statistics on the patent situation of more than 60 enterprises that mainly produce spinning equipment and special equipment, a total of 245 authorized patents were obtained in 2017, including 97 invention patents, 140 utility model patents and 8 appearance patents. Although the total number of patents has decreased from 2016, the number of invention patents has increased significantly.

Exploring the international market has become an important development direction of Chinese textile machinery enterprises. Liu Bin, general manager of the operation management department of China National Textile and Apparel Foreign Economic Cooperation Co., Ltd., analyzed the current situation of the spinning machinery international market.

At present, the annual demand for cotton spinning equipment in India is about 2 million spindles, of which the newly added capacity is about 1 million spindles. India's industrial system is relatively complete, and local-made spinning equipment has very strong market adaptability and competitiveness. Liu Bin believes that Chinese textile machinery companies have great opportunities and challenges in the Indian market. Their success mainly depends on the company's product quality, market strategy and service level.

Vietnam has become the largest source country of China's cotton yarn imports. As of 2017, Vietnam has a total of 8 million spindles. In the past 3 to 5 years, Vietnam has increased its spindles at an annual rate of 15% to 20%. The goal is to increase to 10 million spindles by 2020. In the past 10 years, Chinese companies have exported 3 million spindles of spinning equipment to the Vietnamese market. At present, Chinese equipment accounts for approximately 70% of the Vietnamese market.

In recent years, the share of India's LMW equipment in the Bangladeshi market has increased by leaps and bounds. Liu Bin believes that this is mainly due to the border between Bangladesh and India, and many Indian textile technicians have gradually penetrated into Bangladesh's textile factories. In response to this problem, the expansion of local service teams and professional training have become the top priorities of Chinese textile machinery enterprises. , We need to make great efforts to implement it.

Liu Bin believes that textile machinery companies need to conduct product research and development according to the needs of users in various market segments, consider how to guide customers with technological advantages, how to use financing support to resist risks and reduce costs, and how to efficiently target potential customers with precision marketing and how to improve service levels .

Close communication between upstream and downstream enterprises has become an important aspect of promoting the progress of textile machinery. Zhang Jianxiang, deputy general manager of Luthai Textile Co., Ltd., introduced Luthai's experience in spinning equipment selection, and shared his thoughts and knowledge on textile machinery equipment and international layout. According to reports, the selection of Lutai spinning equipment starts with the company's product positioning, product structure and quality requirements. Luthai products are positioned in the international high-end market. At present, they mainly use imported equipment from Germany, Switzerland, Japan and other countries, and start to partially use domestic spinning equipment.
