The pre-traction equipment ensures that the winding point is protected from the high base material tension which transports the film from the pre-traction equipment to the winder, and the base material tension controller with floating rollers sets the constant winding tension. The energy storage of the float rollers results in a reliable and trouble-free web transfer.
