The production of lightweight films, for example, also utilizes touch winders, but the range can be extended by the use of pre-traction equipment and sensitive base material tension controllers, which ensure that the roll points are protected from high base material tensions.
This tension is able to transfer the film from the pre-traction device to the winder, and the base material tension controller with floating rollers is able to set the constant winding tension. The energy storage of the float rollers results in a reliable, trouble-free web transfer. The advantage of touch winding machine is that it is easy to operate, the structure is reliable, the disadvantage is that it can't produce soft, small tension winding film, and there are some shortcomings in some specific areas of the film roll (large defects in the film) to the reproduction operation is inconvenient.
